About the Position: We are a rapidly expanding organization in need of filling the role of Inventory Allocation Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attention to detail, is a quick learner, and has strong computer skills (especially Excel). Some logistics experience is desired, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The individual will be responsible for assisting in the Allocation activities of the Supply Chain Department. Some flexibility in schedule (M-F) will be required based upon the needs of the business. Base pay to start is between $18-$21 an hour based upon experience . This position qualifies for company health insurance benefits; two weeks first year paid vacation time, and participation in company 401K Retirement / Profit Sharing with company match up to 4% as soon as individuals meet the eligibility requirements for each plan benefit. Responsibilities: Planning freight routes based upon receiving requirements, product availability, and logistics best practices and cost effectiveness. Entering Transfer Orders into our financial system in a timely manner. Receiving and managing Transfer Order inventory. Regular communication with multiple teams and departments within and outside of the organization. Assisting in tracking regular inventory counts by event location. End of show inventory reconciliations by event locations. Other related duties as assigned. Skills Required: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Must be well-organized with high attention to detail. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Work and Teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. NetSuite experience a plus. Understanding of inventory flow and tracking a plus.
