Thank you for your interest in securing a teaching position with Broward County Public Schools (BCPS)! Instructional recruiters from the Talent Acquisition and Operation- Instructional Department would like to meet with you to discuss employment opportunities. BCPS is hiring instructional staff for the 2023-2024 school year. These interviews/consultations are used for general recruiting purposes to fill our teacher vacancies. Aspiring teachers without a teacher certificate can launch a rewarding career in the classroom through our alternative certification programs, however a bachelor’s degree is required to obtain an instructional position.
