The Roswell Ford Internet Manager will be responsible for managing the online sales conducted through the dealership's website, working solely with internet leads and/or assisting customers in the showroom. As with all sales positions, Internet Sales personnel are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards and professionalism.A successful candidate will possess the following strengths and abilities: thorough working internet knowledge including exceptional computer, communication and organizational skills. · A high school diploma is required, and a college degree is preferred preferably with a strong background in computers, marketing and/or business is useful. · A successful candidate will consistently keep the dealerships website up to date with vehicle specifications and availability, manage internet leads, respond to inquiries within manufacturers set guidelines, coordinate with webmaster to update the website and create internet promotions and advertisements, schedule appointments for interested parties. · Other duties as assigned. Work is performed under a high stress, constantly changing environment and the ideal candidate will perform best in this high traffic atmosphere while maintaining professionalism for both the public and coworkers. This position works closely with the public, General Manager, and Sales Managers.
