Responsibilities Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by reviewing applications, ensuring correct jobs are posted Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks Craft and send recruiting emails, offer letters, denial letters, and any other communication with applicants Communicate with applicants via email and test, and conduct phone interviews prior to scheduling in person interviews Coordinate with location Managers to determine position requirements Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Work alongside HR Manager to attend recruiting fairs, and any other recruiting events in the community Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimal 2 years work experience as a Recruiter in trades industry or similar role preferred Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates High school diploma or GED required Ability to work after regular business hours as needed
