Internal/Functional Medicine PhysicianSarasota, FL We are committed to providing comprehensive healthcare with a focus on functional and preventive medicine.-- Currently, we are looking for a Full Time Internal/Functional Medicine Physician to join our team.--Benefits for the Internal/Functional Medicine Physician $250K-$350K to start Mon-Thurs. 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 100% outpatient Signon and Relocation Negotiable-- Life Insurance, 401K-- CME, Vacation, Sick Leave Negotiable Partnership opportunity after first year Responsibilities for the Internal/Functional Medicine Physician Concierge patient care / functional regenerative medicine Conduct stool studies and nutrient panels-- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results. Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to better access patients risk factors Requirements of the Internal/Functional Medicine Physician Active Florida Medical License-- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
