We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a physician owned practice. If you are committed to delivering comprehensive and patient-centered care, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Job Description: As a Internal Medicine Physician you will play a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of our patients and their families. You will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services, emphasizing preventive care, health maintenance, and the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups. You will enjoy M-F Scheduling, outpatient only practice with a 1:8 call schedule by phone only.Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions. Provide preventive care, including vaccinations and health screenings. Offer counseling and education to patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff. Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate their care. Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records. Document patient encounters, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans. Patient Relationships: Build and maintain strong doctor-patient relationships based on trust and empathy. Address patient concerns and ensure their satisfaction with their healthcare experience. Continuous Learning: Stay current with medical research, best practices, and emerging healthcare trends. Pursue professional development through CME activities and educational opportunities.Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree. Board certification/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine. Licensed in the State of Oregon or the ability to attain a licenseBenefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
