My client, a leading provider of Professional & Financial Services, seek to appoint an Internal Auditor to join the team at their Milton Keynes based offices. Working in a hybrid fashion, with the expectation you will be in the office 3 times a week. As an Internal Auditor, the ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders is a key part of this role. You will create and manage the end-to-end internal auditing process and programs, managing timelines, and using your organisation and facilitation skills. You will have the knowledge and experience of applying effective internal audit practices, with the ability to apply the appropriate controls and produce clear, concise audit reports with recommendations, communicating orally and in writing outcomes and next steps. You will be responsible for scrutinising our group companies’ adherence to policies and procedures in both financial and operational areas to assist in maintaining strong governance and controls in this AIM-listed professional services Group. This will cover IT, operations, finance, so a truly varied role. Reporting to the Group Company Secretary the Internal Auditor role requires travel in the UK, backssing and reporting on activities and controls across the various trading businesses and central support functions in this diverse professional services business. You will ideally possess a finance qualification – ACCA/ACA/CIMA or level 4 AAT, support will be provided to help you achieve these qualifications if you do not already possess them. You must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skill. This Internal Auditor role is an amazing opportunity for the right person.
