If you share our passion for innovation, we want to meet you.What you will be doing: Learn about Synopsys's diverse businesses (e.g. software, hardware, software security).Assist the Internal Audit (IA) team with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) 404 process walkthroughs and testing of internal controls over financial reporting.Support the IA team with SOX flowchart updates and validation.Participate with the IA team on scheduled financial and operational audits. Develop skills related to auditing, internal controls, finance, and accounting.Requirements:Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience demonstrating problem solving.Must be currently enrolled in college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.Preferred: Accounting/Finance background preferred.Experience with MS products (Excel, Visio, etc.).Inclusion and Diversity are important to us.
