Job Summary In this dynamic and impactful role, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated researchers and engineers at the forefront of AI innovation in the semiconductor industry. You will contribute to the design, development, and refinement of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models, paving the way for the next generation of technological advancements in the field. Roles & Responsibilities This position has responsibility for: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine LLMs and generative models for cutting-edge applications. Apply your expertise in machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to develop innovative algorithms and methodologies for generative modeling tasks. Implement LLMs, including GPT-like models, on large-scale datasets to achieve optimal performance and accuracy. Drive innovation in the semiconductor field by contributing to the development of next-generation AI solutions. Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills) Familiarity working with Large Language Models, prompting engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.) and libraries commonly used in NLP and Generative AI. Solid programming skills in Python and the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Strong theoretical and practical background in Large Language Models including experience with the state-of -art architectures. Experience and demonstrable knowledge of Foundation Models (such as Transformers), encompassing their evaluation metrics, challenges in productization, and familiarity with common frameworks and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in AI and machine learning. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication Skills. Education Requirements Current student in Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related discipline. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
