We carry over 1.7M industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions and government agencies as well as consumers. Key Responsibilities • Execute challenging assignments related to strategic initiatives in collaboration with business partners. • Execute onboarding program designed to support evolving hybrid workforce and subsequent employee engagement activities. • Assess processes utilizing industry best practices and recommend SOP updates. • Analyze, evaluate and report data leveraging HRIS and supporting HR technology. • Perform system audits to support optimal usage and efficiency. Competencies and skills • Rising Sophomore/Junior pursuing a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development/Management, Communications or Marketing major. • Solid analytical skills and strong organizational skills. • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization. • Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and Word.
