Job Description: The Project Coordinator reports to Project Manager(s) and is accountable for providing support to Project Team Members to effectively administer project delivery. The Project Coordinator assists the Project Managers and project delivery team in overall planning and scheduling, optimizing resource allocation, project accounting and control, document management and filing, handling change of scope, inventory control, procurement, and ensuring compliance with quality standards, throughout the total project from inception to completion. The Project Coordinator under supervision of Project Manager(s) works closely with the team on Interior Design, Finishes coordination and related scopes. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the complete life cycle of project. Participate in and be responsible for the materials/finishes selections and design coordination for the project(s). Work closely with the internal Import team, offering support and coordination where required, issue IPO, and follow up to ensure all required products are going to be delivered on site on time and under overall project budget. Perform internal small interior design tasks as required. Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project. Work closely with the project.
