Interim HR Advisor Home based with regular travel GBP 36,000 + GBP 4,000 car allowance A nationally established Facilities Management business with over 27,000 employees is seeking an interim HR Advisor (6 : 9 months) to provide a generalist service to a dedicated business unit. Working as part of an established team and reporting to a HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a generalist HR service with a predominant focus on managing a high volume of ER cases. Based from home you can expect to travel on average 2 days per week but this will fluctuate depending on the issues; with this in mind you will have to flexible to meet the demands of the business and your internal stakeholders. Flexibility will also be key in terms of the working hours; whilst this is a standard 8:30 : 5, 70 of the Managers that the HR Advisor will be supporting work through the night. Again, you will have to flexible to meet the demands of these stakeholders. This is a hybrid role; when not based at home you will be travelling to sites throughout the Midlands and North (and occasionally Scotland). To be considered for this role you will be: : Geographically mobile : Flexible in terms of working arrangements : Experienced in dealing with a high volume of ER cases : (Ideally) be experienced in working with Trade Unions/in a workforce where there is strong Trade Union presence : Committed to the length of the contract (there is a chance this could be extended or made permanent).
