The candidate will be responsible for patent preparation and prosecution, patent licensing, performing patentability and clearance opinions, portfolio management, and conducting due diligence.Superior analytical, oral, and written communication skills are essential, and the candidate should thrive in a collaborative team environment. Duties:Conduct patent preparation and prosecution tasks.Facilitate patent licensing agreements.Perform patentability and clearance opinions.Manage intellectual property portfolios.Conduct thorough due diligence investigations. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.J.D. from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Demonstrated excellent academic credentials. Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in intellectual property law. Skills:Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.Effective time management and organizational skills.
