You’ll be responsible for setting our sales strategy and targets, cultivating our sales staff, evaluating their progress, and ensuring we hit our sales goals. Responsibilities: • Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful• Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business• Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs• Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals• Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals Qualifications: • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills• 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field• Proven track record of sales success Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 at plan yearly About Company: CityScape Metro Group has grown by over 400% in the past year and it wasn't by accident.
