In the Northern Idaho market, we are experiencing huge growth. This will allow a new agent to build his/her book of business quickly. Responsibilities:• Drive sales through the digital marketing, phone, events and in-person meetings.• Obtain Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health producer licenses.• Work with our corporate partners in a professional setting.• Attend marketing events to promote Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance company of Idaho.• Provide exceptional customer service and solutions, while following through on policy updates. Qualifications:• College or equivalent work experience.• Prior sales experience strongly preferred.• Organizational and time management skills.• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication ability.• Success-driven, with a passion for sales and providing solutions.• Looking for outgoing business drivers who can effectively tell our unique story.• The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and a desire to put the needs of clients first.• Licenses: You will be required to be licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance before attending our paid training program.
