A company is looking for an Insurance Follow Up Representative for a national remote position. Key Responsibilities: Contacts insurance carriers / patients regarding outstanding insurance claims Prepares proper documentation for appeals to insurance carriers Maintains Over 90 aging quality measures as determined by payer baselines Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in Insurance follow up 1+ years of experience with working knowledge of EOB, COB, Remits, and CMS 1500 1+ years in appeal writing and processing Working knowledge of CPT & Diagnosis Coding, Medical Terminology, and basic Anatomy
