Responsibilities: • Handle risk management and liability regarding payments of future benefits and maximize profit for the branch by analyzing actuary data and strategically setting premiums• Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current• Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience• Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills• Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations• Must Reside in the US• Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred or willing to obtain one in 30 days.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required• Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products• Prior health insurance or life insurance experience is a bonus• Applicants with a sales background are highly encouraged.
