Our growing firm is seeking an organized and friendly account manager to play a strategic role on our team. You’ll be responsible for answering any client questions or concerns about coverage, policy changes, and billing deadlines. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide an excellent customer experience and demonstrate a basic understanding of our insurance products. Responsibilities: • Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updates• Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policies• Record any policy updates or changes on customer accounts by tracking them in our book of business and communicating with clients to explain any updates to their coverage• Answer clients completely on policy or billing questions including explanations about their coverage or rate adjustments to ensure total understanding• Gather all documentation needed for reporting a claim and contact an adjuster to process it against a current policy Qualifications: • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset• Jobseekers need to have basic computer skills and have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)• Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills• We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience, as well Compensation: $67,000 About Company: We attract a select group of leaders, enterprises, and high achievers eager to jumpstart their sales careers with a fast-paced, stable, and internationally growing company.
