Our highly skilled technicians receive ongoing training to ensure they are well-equipped to handle the complexities of modern HVAC systems. As a part of our team, your safety matters to us; all our employees receive safety and first aid training. We are looking for dedicated HVAC Install Technicians with expertise in residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. What We Offer: Competitive pay: Experienced installers earn $35+ per hour, and Lead Installers start at $40+ per hour (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits: Medical (50% company-paid), Dental & Vision (50% company-paid), Short & Long-Term Disability (company-paid), Life Insurance (company-paid) Work-life balance: 9 paid holidays, a minimum of 13 PTO days (more based on experience), and a 401k plan with a 4% company match Annual events: Kickoff meeting, summer/fall family outings, and holiday gatherings Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime Key Qualifications: Must pass a drug and background check Valid license and insurable driving record Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to lead a team and adhere to company standards, procedures, and policies Capacity to lift and carry 100lbs Proficiency in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems HVAC Trade School (preferred) EPA Certification (a plus!)
