As the population increases, the need for our services continues to increase dramatically! Due to a need to expand our sales force, we are looking for self-motivated, trustworthy, customer service-oriented individual to lead the activities of our Sales Representatives. Responsibilities include: Making company sales goals. Conducting monthly, quarterly and annual reviews. Developing the sales team through monitoring phone calls, observation and interaction. Recruiting, hiring and ensuring the sales team is adequately trained. Administering contests and motivational programs to drive activity and close business. Identify process improvements and untapped selling opportunities to increase customer orders, margin, and order size/frequency. Assist the Director of Sales in planning sales strategies and team alignment. 90%+ sales leads and the industry knowledge are provided. However, if you focus and do what you need to do to manage and motivate the team, learn the products and our systems - you can get to $85,000 - $100,000 in your second year. Great monthly and quarterly incentive programs for doing your activity and hitting your numbers.
