First Choice Credit Management is looking for experienced and motivated inside sales representatives to join our team. Responsibilities include: Making outbound calls to consumers interested in our services Consult with consumers to determine if our debt settlement program is a good option to help them resolve their unsecured debt. Perform a budget analysis, provide payment options and explain program details Manage a client pipeline effectively and follow up with scheduled appointments Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering, and completing client files Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual is a plus! 1+ years of phone sales or related experience (preferred) The ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently and effectively. Must have a positive and upbeat attitude. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a sales environment Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Availability to work full-time in our West Palm Beach office. We Provide: Opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on performance. Paid time off Health, Dental, Vision & 401(k) offered after 60 days Multiple shift options Excellent leads. No cold calling is required!
