You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. If you’re looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today! Responsibilities: • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline• Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $100,000 yearly About Company: We are a team of people helping people. Our independent insurance business is based on the relationships we build within our Team, our clients, potential clients, our community, and the companies we work with. As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:30. You will be asked to attend early morning, evening, and an occasional Saturday meeting for either networking or to support local and community events.
