Responsibilities: • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills• Two years of previous sales experience • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 Salary and Commission About Company: RANKED #12 in the United States for Large Teams By Transactions Sides by Real Trends - The Wall Street Journal in SOLD homes in 2021.
