Qualifications: We're Seeking: Individuals with a background in management, business development, or leadership. Licensed life insurance professionals. Self-reliant, success-driven team player. Attractive compensation with the potential to earn an average 1-2 sales/week, $50k. 3-5 sales/week, $75k-$100k. 6-8 sales/week, $150k - Uncapped. Innovative tools and resources, including a structured CRM system. All-paid world-class travel opportunities. A steady stream of high-quality leads, so no cold calling is required. Collaborative marketing efforts and a referral engine. Tools for sales, marketing, and building a referral network. Commission ONLY Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system, engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
