A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE In this remote customer service and sales position, you always make a great impression on behalf of our company. Your friendly tone while on the phone puts our clients at ease when they call to place an order, ask a question, or voice a concern. You listen closely, communicate clearly, and follow up when necessary, all to show our clients that we are eager to provide the best service possible. Always punctual and reliable, you attend weekly L10 meetings and report any changes or new needs to the appropriate team member. A go-getter to your core, you develop and use new systems of organization, ensuring your processes are streamlined and optimized. You are proud to help our amazing clients get the help that they need from the comfort of your home ! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE High school diploma or equivalent OR the equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of experience in a call center OR in a wholesale environment Ability to provide consistent, quality customer service Ability to use PC-based spreadsheets and word processing programs, including MS Word and Excel Understanding of how to manage profit and loss in order to maximize financial performance Understanding of inventory management principles Knowledge about sales and marketing processes and techniques to drive sales General knowledge of the HVACR industry, contractor customer needs, and product applications A college degree in a relevant field (such as business) would be a plus. Direct experience in HVACR or a similar industry would also be beneficial. Do you have great phone skills? Are you reliable and punctual? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?
