We are looking for positive and high energy Rockstar to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. Primary Purpose: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for calling customers and prospective customers to generate new qualified leads. Once a qualified lead is established, it is entered in Salesforce.com and transitioned to allow the local sales rep to follow up. This position also qualifies and tracks inbound leads to keep them warm and develop them into a qualified lead. In addition, they call our install base to offer special promotional sales in consumables, service contracts and preventative maintenance. Principal Objectives: Make an average of 100+ phone cold calls per day Provide helpful insight and information to prospects to generate qualified leads Get prospects interested in specific products and promotions Listen to customers and follow-up on customer needs Target competitive non-Lumenis accounts for sales leads Probe into offices and identify competitive trends Sell Service contracts, PM and consumables to our current install base Generate a positive image of Lumenis to all those contacted Drive qualified leads to our field sales people Work closely with Marketing, RSMs and field sales to effectively communicate lead information Requirements: Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills Very strong interpersonal sales skills when dealing Lumenis employees and customers Demonstrate the ability to create interest in Lumenis products and services High resilience and perseverance Must be able to qualify leads and discern hot leads from cold leads Must be able to sell and close deals for contracts and consumables Positive, high-energy attitude Travel Requirements: must be able to travel occasionally within the USA to attend Sales Conferences or Events throughout the year. Experience: 2-4 years of inside sales cold calling experience required High School degree required; some college preferred What we offer: This Hybrid working role (3 days in office, 2 days work from home) offers a work-life balance.
