Position: VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation has an opening for a Inside Sales Manager - Radio Communications professional in Midland, TX. T he candidate sought would excel in a fast-paced growing, oil and gas market and be able to quickly learn our rapidly growing customer base and product portfolio. We are a fast moving organization where high achieving, energetic, purpose driven, and self motivated individuals thrive. Job Duties: Supervise and manage team members, work to develop team members providing feedback, coaching and training Understand client needs and offer solutions and support Counter sales with walk-in customers Present and deliver information to potential customers; answer questions and follow-up call questions Closing sales and working with customer through closing process Assist with inventory processes and controls; includes ordering parts and maintaining stock levels Shipping and receiving inventory Completes quotes and follows up on sales leads Ensures customer satisfaction Maintaining records of activities using Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software Enters orders and invoices Purchasing and negotiating pricing on equipment/supplies from vendors Supporting sales team to procure equipment/supplies Experience: At least three years of related Inside Sales and warehouse experience. Experience in the Oil and Gas or Electrical/Automation industries is a plus Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel Experience with Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with customers Highly organized and disciplined Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Hours: M-F 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (may be subject to change with the needs of the business) Wage: Compensation based upon experience level and capabilities.
