Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Sales Assistant for Temp to Perm position in Phoenix, AZ.PAY: $20 - $25 per hour (Based on Experience)HOURS: Shifts will be 8am - 5:00 pmSCHEDULE: Monday- FridaySTART DATE: ASAPDURATION: Temp to HireJOB DUTIES FOR A SALES ASSISTANT: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining sales-related documents and records. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, manage leads and opportunities, and generate sales reports. Coordinate sales activities such as meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations. Schedule sales calls and follow-up activities to ensure timely engagement with customers and prospects. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders are entered into the system correctly and in a timely manner. Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, inventory, and finance to fulfill orders and resolve any issues. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support effective sales operations. REQUIREMENTS FOR A SALES ASSISTANT: Minimum 2 years administrative experience Must be comfortable on the phone Must be able to be organized and have great communication skills Knowledgeable with Word, Excel, Outlook Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in the US Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER!INDTPowered by JazzHR
