We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven real estate inside sales agent who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers. Responsibilities: • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads• Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals• Follow the team plan• Set listing and buyer appointments• Execute appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Team player• CRM and database mastery• Scripts mastery Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• A real estate license is required • Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within the office area Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
