About the Role As the Inside Sales/Account Management Specialist at Merrco/Payfirma, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by managing lists to prequalify leads for the sales team and serving as the point of contact/Account Manager for mid-tier accounts. You will be responsible for proactively identifying business needs, matching clients with tailored solutions, and contributing to the overall success of the Sales and Account Management teams. Key Responsibilities: Work diligently on lead lists to prequalify potential clients for the sales team. Collaborate with the Sales team to strategize and execute effective lead-generation campaigns. Serve as a valuable bridge between the Sales and Account Management teams. Act as the dedicated Account Manager for mid-tier accounts, building strong client relationships.
