We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Inside Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Longwood office . As an Inside Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to make a difference in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and courteous assistance. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Provide product information and offer solutions to meet customer needs. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Our products range from industry-specific items for the automotive industry to products like flags, balloons, banners, and signs used by any business. In addition, there are more than 600,000 advertising specialty products available that can enhance our client's brand identity. Compensation: $16.00 per hour plus quarterly profit incentive Benefits: Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Matching 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holiday Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (no weekends or overtime)
