Summary The IPS Administrator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the assigned market Inpatient Services Director, including back-up director duties and tasks as delegated by the Director. Assisting in management of Inpatient Services with assigned market area physicians and advanced providers through essential duties and responsibilities as noted below. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ADP Docusign Compliance 360 Applicant Pro Recruiting involvement Basware Huron Rounding OnCall, AMION Communication with call service regarding directory and changes Feedtrail involvement- multiple duties Help Desk & maintenance work orders for office, providers & staff Onboarding for providers and office staff ER Assist involvement Provider compensation involvement Company credit cards proxy- JP Morgan & Publix POD meeting management: agenda, reports, minutes, calendar invites Hospital admin and staff communication as needed Hospital program involvement Error Queue backup Provider credentialing backup and assistance as needed Office phone line backup Death certificate involvement Special event planning Various reports required and as requested weekly, monthly & quarterly Initial point of contact Multiple MPG departments: compliance 360, contracts, physician recruiting, marketing, HR, payroll, accounts payable, IT, maintenance, access control, clinical systems, IPS coding, multiple IPS providers, multiple office managers, etc. Hospital delinquent records/queries PCP/specialist communication Patient/caregiver/family/hospital patient advocate for issues and service recovery Call service Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
