The I. T. Team is key in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of the organisation’s I. T. infrastructure and I. T. support services The I. T. Network / O365 / AD / CCNA / Azure – Surrey – Hybrid – 40-44k IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer My client, based in Surrey are looking an IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. The I. T. Team is key in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of the organisation’s I. T. infrastructure and I. T. support services The I. T. Support & Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the I. T. Infrastructure services always operates to a high level, as well as managing operations, maintenance, and development of the I. T. infrastructure programmes and systems. The role will also play a key part on managing IT Support through the Helpdesk. The job Monitor and manage the I. T. Infrastructure environments e. g. network, MS365, Backups, with ticket escalation, recording all support and change activities. Provide first/second/third line I. T. support, as prioritised. Meet performance targets for service up time and response times. Maintain the integrity of the I. T. infrastructure, ensuring a secure and virus-free service; through maintenance and installations of firewalls, anti-virus software, and other security technologies. Liaising with managed SOC team for any high priority alerts Regular and planned upgrades including security patching. Manage AD and O365 services. Assist with organisational projects, as determined by the I. T. Operations Manager. Support the technical elements and set-up of organisational events.
