Description *This position is a contingency opportunity This position provides SCI security management for military, civilian and contractor personnelThey shall also manage the 460 SW assigned Foreign Mission Partner process at BuckleyThis position is responsible for maintaining the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditations on all existing 460 SW SCIFs and is responsible for obtaining and maintaining SCIF accreditation on any future 460 SW required SCIFs to include geographically separated SCIFsThe contractor is responsible for the eacient and effective management and operation of all SCI program management functions including physical, personnel, information and industrial securityRequirements--- Requires detailed knowledge of information security requirements and an in-depth understanding of DOD, AF and IC SCI security directives, instructions and standards. * Must have familiarity in TS networks to ensure controlled access and updates to the SCI systems. * Requires Security Plus certification. * Experience with the JPAS, Scattered Castles and Air Force Space Command SCIBS is highly desirable. * Requires experience with the SBIRS Mission and the SBIRS SCGs Experience:--- 7 years total experience, including minimum 4 years' experience within SCI or SAR environmentEducation:--- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent additional experience (5 years) Security Clearance:--- Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility * Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information Other Requirements:--- Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) * Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision * Willingness to travel within the organizational Area of Responsibility (AOR) (note - could be extensive, and will include both air and ground transportation) Compensation: The projected compensation range for this position is $93,900-$133,900There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categoriesIn addition, K2 Group invests in its employees beyond just compensationBenefits: K2 Group's benefit offerings include: Medical/ Dental/ Vision Insurance; FSA Medical & FSA Dependent Care; Pre-tax 401(k) & ROTH 401(k) plans; Profit Sharing Plan; Life & Accidental Death Insurance; Short Term/ Long Term Disability; Voluntary Group Life Insurance option; Tuition Reimbursement; Job-related Course Reimbursement; Holiday Pay; and Paid Time-Off .
