Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation - and we have a dynamic future ahead.As the Information Security Incident Response Lead, you will work remote or onsite in North Andover, MA. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Information Security, you will act as a subject matter expert in DFIR and serve as an escalation point for the Security Operations team.You Will: * Conduct in-depth malware analysis, host and network forensics, log analysis, and be able to triage alerts. * Utilize Security Incident & Event Management (SIEM) technologies, Endpoint Detection & Response tools, and network forensics (full packet capture solution) to perform threat hunting and investigative activity. * Investigative and identify root cause findings, then communicate findings to partners, including technical staff and leadership. * Improve security monitoring, analysis, and incident response process by recognizing APT activities, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and ingesting additional log sources into the SIEM. * Identify, develop, and build scripts, tools, and security content to enhance the incident investigation processes and automate where applicable. * Help develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, incident response plans, and training documentation when needed.You Have: * Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of work experience in IT security * Certification and expertise in Penetration Testing, OSCP, CISA, CISSP, GIAC, or other related certifications. * Previous experience on hunt teams, cyber threat intelligence, incident response, or security operations teams. * Understanding of cyber threat hunting principles, including threat actor groups and tactics/techniques/procedures. * Advanced knowledge of security monitoring tools and SIEMS. * Knowledge of relevant frameworks, including Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK Deep technical knowledge of security solutions and architecture principles and processes.What's In It For You: * People-First Culture - Enriching and caring for people is at the core of who we are; this includes executing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, and providing our employees with meaningful career growth opportunities, a positive and safe work environment, and affirmation that they are heard, valued, and respected. * 401K Plan * Flexible PTO & Generous Paid Holidays * Educational Assistance * Variety of Medical plan options - choose the one that is right for you! * Sustainability - One of Newsweek's Top 400 of "America's Most Responsible Companies" for sustainability performance, three years running.Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
