Job Title Influencer Engagement Program Manager (Cambridge, MA) Job Description The role will be responsible for working with an agency-side team in developing an end-to-end program, including strategy, creation, and execution. This will include defining clear objectives for influencer activations, content, budget recommendations, and establishing measurable KPIs. Your role: Create, implement, and measure influencer program strategies that are in line with the overall communications and brand goals Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values Establish and nurture strong influencer relationships, from onboarding to renewal, including handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback Work with influencer and agency-side team to build content for target audience Provide regular reports on program performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to ensure content is appropriately activated Manage agency-side relationship in support of program, including staying on budget You're the right fit if: You have a BS/BA degree in a related field. You've acquired 5+ years of experience in influencer relationship building, engagement, or communications. Your skills include strong project management, goal orientation, and strong communication and collaboration. You're a team player with a can-do attitude, willing to jump in and find solutions with minimal guidance and a strong and strategic problem solver. About Philips We are a health technology company.
