Job Title: Industrial Specialist Assistant Location : Lexington, KY Travel : N/A Duties: Manage the planning, administration, review, and evaluation of performance objectives to meet the customers' requirements. Communicate with vendors regarding MIPRs (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request), RAs, sales orders, invoices, etc. for accuracy and payment within a timely manner. Utilize SAP (System Applications and Products) to review for accuracy all customer orders put into the system daily, sales orders, request for purchase (RP), comparing customer purchase orders (PO). Pro-actively involved in procurement activities relating to assigned programs by assisting in negotiating vendor requirements and customer needs. Qualifications: Five (5) years of relevant experience Must be proficient in balancing costing GL (General ledger) accounts. Powered by JazzHR
