PetroChoice, an industrial lubricants supplier, is seeking a full-time entry level Industrial Reliability Specialist in Carrollton, KY. The Perks: Monday-Friday, 1st shift, no 6 AM start time! Competitive salary and complete benefits package Reimbursement for job related expenses Company provided training Opportunity for advancement within the sales and support departments What you will do: Assist the Sr. Reliability Specialist in servicing a major manufacturer of steel products Gather data relating to the condition of key equipment such as gear boxes, hydraulic systems, air compressors, and other rotating equipment Perform physical inspections of the equipment listed above. This involves removing inspection plates, obtaining digital images, sampling the lubricants, recording any visible signs of wear, and preparing a formal report Gather samples to determine the condition of the lubricants in order to protect key components Gather data on the consumption of fluids by equipment location Conduct failure analysis investigating root causes of failed equipment Maintain a database of the information collected via inspections and fluid samples by tracking in a customer maintained work order program Interested in applying? We are looking for individuals that are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, a dependable work ethic, and strong initiative. Most importantly, we are looking for candidates that are not afraid to work in a hot, dirty, and dangerous industrial manufacturing environment. The ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures is extremely important for this role. Additionally, you ll need: High school diploma or GED; Associate s preferred Prior experience within an industrial environment Ability to work with all levels within an industrial manufacturing facility, including maintenance engineers, production engineers, health, safety and environmental engineers, line production, and line maintenance personnel Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Ability to solve mechanical issues in a hands-on manner Are you ready to start working for a company that invests in its employees development and advancement?
