Description:
Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate and perform industrial and facility maintenance including manage preventative programs to ensure successful operations. Principal Accountabilities: Complete facility and equipment maintenance to ensure proper condition of equipment and facility. Analyze problems and interpret technical information necessary to make required repairs (troubleshooting of equipment issues). Coordinate efforts with machine manufactures to troubleshoot and problem solve potential equipment maintenance. Support new equipment installations and equipment modifications. Complete facility adjustments to meet demands of production setup. Coordinate and manage third party relations with outside service to maintain facility appearance. This could include but not limited to janitorial company, lawn service and snow removal services. Reads, interprets, and follows complex blueprints, diagrams and sketches, making all measurements and calculations necessary to complete job. Be part of an effective work planning process that utilizes work order and planners Participates in Continuous Improvement, also provides suggestions to improve processes and participates on team projects. Provide input and guidance on facility and equipment planning and budgetary requirements. Additional roles & responsibilities as necessary. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience with previous maintenance experience. Two Year Degree (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial) or equivalent equipment maintenance experience Able to interpret basic electrical, mechanical and hydraulic prints Capable of moving/adding power as needed to meet production needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate technical items through written and verbal forms Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime if needed. Detail oriented, accuracy with work, and organization skills are key to the success of the position. Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus of timeliness and responsiveness. Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality. Solid computer skills. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
