Industrial Customer Service Representative I KLINGER GPI is looking for an hourly, non-exempt, full-time (40+ hours per week) Customer Service Representative I to add to our Odessa team. We will train you on our ERP system and give you all the tools that you will need to succeed. If you enjoy working with people, are good with a computer, and have excellent communication skills, this position is for you. About KLINGER GPI We are a 41-year-old company, with offices in the Texas Panhandle, West Texas, and the Gulf Coast of Texas, that distribute and manufacture gaskets, packings, seals, hydraulic tools to the oil and gas industry. If it leaks, we seal it. A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative I You will be taking orders from customers and outside sales via phone, email and in person. You will be placing orders with our vendors. We will train you on all aspects of the job, including our ERP system, products, pricing, M365 etc. What you need to be qualified for this position We are looking for someone who has customer service, preferably in the industrial oil and gas industry. Someone that can take initiative. We want someone with a positive team spirit that will match our company culture. You need to be good with a computer and the internet. You will be trained on our ERP system and be expected to master the areas that pertain to customer service. You will need to utilize the tools given to you and have the ability to gather and analyze information. Communication skills are a must. You will be communicating with customers, vendors, other team members in person, on the phone and through email. You will learn about our products lines and our customer base so that you can provide excellent customer service. Pay Range Depending on your level of experience, the pay ranges from $14.50-23.00 per hour. Work Schedule This position will require you to work from our office in Odessa, TX, weekdays during normal business hours (8am - 5pm). Are you ready to join our team?
