Must be able to work weekends and holidays when needed. Summary: Responsible for serving food and beverages to customers. Provide guests with detailed knowledge of food and beverage menu items. Deliver food orders and amenities to guest rooms promptly and courteously. Ensure accuracy and quality of orders, maintaining a welcoming attitude. Set up carts and guest amenities, communicating with staff and kitchen as needed. Anticipate guest needs and handle requests through proper channels. Serve food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction with each course. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties. Record transactions and prepare accurate guest checks. Follow all safety and security policies and procedures. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
