In-house Recruiter Required Working Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm - Full Time On Site6 months / Temp to Perm if all goes well. £20.00ph via umbrella Nearest train station - Warren Street/Euston – NW1Responsibilities Engage with Line Managers to determine their recruitment needs and understand the role requirements. Produce Job Descriptions and Person Specifications. Source suitable candidates through advertising process Filter applications and present shortlist to line manager for review / consideration Act as a conduit between the Soft Service Manager and Vetting and Onboarding Teams Set up interviews and coordinate with respective Line Managers Attend interviews alongside the line manager providing guidance, support and additional backssment. To maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process in order to minimise the risk of candidates withdrawing their application as well as offering support prior to start. Proactively manage the candidate journey Ensuring documentation is completed for the RTW and DBS checking. Prepare and manage Recruitment Authorisation paperwork for audit purposes. Produce and manage a Recruitment Status database/spreadsheet with regular reporting to management.
