Req ID: 433707 Address: 2929 Allen Parkway, Ste 4100 Houston , TX , 77019 BASIC PURPOSE : This primary purpose of this position is to handle maintenance and remodeling work at Musket’s corporate headquarters. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Possess knowledge of general maintenance/remodel duties. Perform extensive remodels including but not limited to carpentry, tile, drywall, painting, clean up, and concrete work. Handle other duties assigned as needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: HS Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1-2 years of experience with maintenance, carpentry, interior and exterior painting, or remodeling preferred. Experience operating a forklift or other powered lift equipment is a plus. SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Strong time management skills. Strong work ethic and ability to take direction. Typical Physical Demands: Requires sitting, bending and stooping. Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds. Climbing and working on ladders; working at height using proper safety equipment. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Requires normal range of hearing and vision. Job Function(s): Other Love’s has been fueling customers’ journeys since 1964.
