The Role: As a skilled Immigration Associate with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, You will be involved in advising on a wide range of immigration matters, both business-related and for private clients. Responsibilities: Advising on sponsorship-based visa applications. Assisting with sponsor licensing and ongoing compliance. Guiding entrepreneurs and business individuals on UK company establishment and residency. Conducting immigration compliance audits. Handling British citizenship and indefinite leave to remain/settlement applications. Managing family and dependency visa applications. Challenging unlawful Home Office decisions. Addressing immigration issues stemming from corporate transactions and administrations. Dealing with immigration matters related to adoption and surrogacy. Assisting with visitor visa applications. Requirements Qualified UK Immigration solicitor with 3-5 PQE years Previous experience in advising both businesses, including large multinational corporations, and individuals. Proactive and adept at managing a diverse caseload to streamline the legal advice process for clients and referrers. Proficiency in billing and financial management, including regular billing of own files. Excellent accuracy, technical, and legal drafting skills.
