Join us at Children's Wisconsin in making a difference in the lieves of our young patients and their families through the lens of radiology! Gain hands on learning under the direction and supervision of a technologist, assists in performing imaging examinations. As part of the imaging program, this internship is designed to expose students to direct practice in the field of imaging while completing a required accredited Radiology, Ultrasound or Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Participates in and contributes to department projects to receive introductory work experience related to imaging activities.Current enrollment in good standing, and completion of 6 months of training in an accredited School of Radiologic, Ultrasound or Nuclear Medicine Technology is required. (Prefer those that are in their last semester of school). CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.Hours will be flexible and work around your school schedule.Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
