With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry. Imaging/Indexing Associate (M-F 4AM-1PM) Responsibilities: Opening and sorting mail items Identifying and processing priority mail Preparing mail items for scanning Scanning documents into the workflow Process all new requests received into the company, including mail delivered by couriers from the Post Office and also mail received from other express courier services. Assist in other areas of the process, as needed. Qualifications: Must have a HS diploma or equivalent. Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess general computer knowledge (data entry) Ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater. 1-2 years prior office services related experience. Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion. Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur. Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
