In 2022, we negotiated pay raises for most of our contracts and are working weekly to improve our officers' standard of living. As of this posting, we have positions available that start at $16/hour with regular pay increases. CBI prefers to promote from within our ranks , and we have supervisor positions and other opportunities that are very surprising. And of course, our benefits: Like many other security companies, we offer generous benefits including health, dental, vision, a free life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and employee assistance programs (EAPs) which provides complementary counseling and legal services. What will you do (responsibilities)? Our sites have a BROAD range of responsibilities. In general, you will be responsible for: Observing and reporting any issues arising to authorities Responding appropriately and calmly to diverse situations Controlling the entries and exits of secured locations, ensuring only authorized employees and approved visitors are admitted. Writing and reading day-to-day accounts of activities on site Carefully patrolling an area by vehicle or foot as assigned Diligently observing computer systems to monitor camera and badge apps Expertly and professionally applying client's policies, procedures and standards in each interaction with public or employees. What do we require to hire? Must be 18 years or older Need to be able to pass drug and background check Veterans must provide DD-214 Need to be able to use apps on computers and smartphones Must be able to exercise good judgment/decisions and practice appropriate grooming standards Integrity and flexibility are both vital in security professions Physically able to be on your feet and patrol as well as staying alert for entire shift Do Not Wait...
