What Impact You Can Make The Hybrid Therapies Clinical Specialist focus is to support the account development process by supporting and training surgeons and their staff, aiding in the strategic planning and program development of the Hybrid Therapies procedures and products, and support field sales for growth and marketing development in the Electrophysiology and cardiac surgery departments and labs. This position requires teamwork within the field (sales), professional education, and marketing. Training of electrophysiologists and cardiologists along with relevant medical staff and personnel in the use of company devices via live procedures and during hands-on laboratory training programs Market development and awareness as it relates to hybrid therapies procedures and left atrial appendage management and ablation. Guidance and support for physicians and medical staff during live procedures, and utilization and/or operation of company technology. Patient support and follow-up where requested by physician or medical staff Work in a team environment, collaborating with multiple departments in and out of the field Conduct training for the physician and medical staff with modalities such as didactic and hands-on laboratory approaches Provide technical and clinical support during surgical procedures: all stages of the procedures Make calls on physicians and support staff as necessary to discuss AtriCure technology, training programs, and clinical programs and trials Develop, create, and organize hcp education opportunities and functions to drive awareness and knowledge of AtriCure therapies and technologies. Engage and build Hybrid EP customer base within existing accounts and adoption of new accounts Communication on frequent basis, reporting on case notes and product and clinical feedback What You Bring Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or experience equivalence Experience working in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab or Catheterization lab or cardiac surgery either through industry or clinical setting preferred Experience in a clinical setting with Mapping systems for cardiac ablation highly preferred Experience working in a highly collaborative environment Ability to travel 40-50% Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes What We Offer in Return Competitive Salary plus quarterly bonus/commission Car allowance, gas and cell phone reimbursement, expense account Health care (medical, dental, vision, health savings account) and wellness programs 401K retirement savings plus match Volunteer Time Off (VTO): We encourage your community and philanthropic involvement Extended Parental Leave Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Program Tuition Reimbursement Pay for this position is expected to be between $96,000 and $140,000 (highly experienced), not including bonus. Actual compensation for each employee will be determined based on experience, education and other factors permitted by law.
