Minimum Requirements 1. Master's degree in related field2. Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certificate3. Licensed to practice in the State of Arizona4. A minimum of two years of recent experience working with individuals who have Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families5. Knowledge of early childhood and Autism assessment tools and procedures, and thorough knowledge of child development.6. Experience developing positive Behavior Intervention Plans and Skill Acquisition Plans7. Knowledge of current methods and techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial Training8. Basic computer skills and be able to use all required software.9. Ability to problem-solve and assist in decision-making, including during emergencies or when other supervisors are not onsite.11. Basic office and computer skills12. Strong organizational skills13. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills15. Have a valid driver's license, car registration and insurance, and reliable transportation to any location.16. Maintain a high level of organization17. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with clients, parents, and professionals18. Open and honest communication19. Maintain professionalism with interactions including different levels of staff Job Duties/Competencies: 1. Approve hiring of RBTs and monitor their training2. Maintain staff meetings3. Manage BCBAs and assistant supervisors4. Bill a minimum of 80 hours per month5. If not in network must bill 10 hours per month6. Create Performance Improvement Plans and all disciplinary actions7. Ensure reports are completed and of high quality8. Follow up for Initial Assessments9. Collaborate to create staff and client schedules10. Monitor salaries and raises11. Address parent concerns12. Ensure staff happiness13. Monitor case load14. Supervise clients15. Conduct parent trainings16. Monitor mentor meetings17. Work with Office Manager to create Quarterly bonuses18. Perform Quarterly Reviews with RBTs19. Assist with sick or injured clients in the clinic20. Ensure that policies and procedures are being followed by the clinical staff21. Update staff on any clinical changes22. Communicate the needs of staff and parents to owners23. Manage budgets with Office manager24. Approve amazon purchases for clinically appropriate items25. Conduct group supervision and manage supervision logs from supervisees26. Work to ensure the clinic space continues to operate clinically27. Work with other clinical directors to determine clinical standards Overview: The role of Clinical Director is to be the bridge between the clinical team and the administration team. This position will be focusing on quality control for the clinical team at that office as well as being able to assist that staff members with clinical situations that arise. The clinical director will also be responsible for ensuring what the administrative team in the office decides is clinically appropriate. They will do this by participating in meetings and working together to make decisions. The clinical director will maintain professional communication with the management of the company or chiefs' positions.
