Employbridge Search Group has a client in Huntsville, AL that is looking for an HVAC Tech to join their team. Job Duties * Install, repair, service, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively according to job specifications. * Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues and provide efficient solutions. * Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the optimal functioning of HVAC equipment. * Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to ensure all systems meet industry standards and customer requirements. * Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance tasks, including parts used and work performed. * Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in HVAC systems. * Work with cross-functional teams as needed * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. HVAC certification or related technical training desired, but not required * 2+ years' experience working as an HVAC technician. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and functions. * Proficient at brazing for system installation and repair. * EPA Universal certification * Experience working on equipment with Military or Aerospace applications and workmanship requirements is highly desired * Familiarity and understanding of manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and specifications. * Able to follow written Manufacturing Outlines, policies, and procedures as required. * Ability to support requirements in a manufacturing environment requiring quick turnarounds. * US citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holders) due to Government ITAR regulations.
